He is cranking through those Harry Potter books. He is only allowed to read them if his attitude is positive after reading them.
Connor's been working on a goal....and if he makes it to Tuesday (three weeks), he gets a trip to 1/2 Price Books. He would probably do just about anything for a trip to the bookstore!
He has his 2nd baseball game tomorrow. He had fun at his first one. Connor is on the AquaSox!
Connor got to go on a field trip to River Legacy Park today. He was so excited! It was fun to see him anticipate it so much.
The kids have started wanting to do their "Saturday work" on Friday evenings....so that they don't have to do it on Saturday! We still have to maintain, but they like this. I'm good with it, too....doesn't matter too much to me WHEN they work, just that they do! Hope that doesn't throw you off, Natalie!!!!

Hi Connor! You are quite the reader. I hope you have had fun a baseball in the cooler weather. Grandpa went to Lake Jackson to cut down trees from Hurricane Ike. He left at 3:30 am. He should get home about 9:30 or 10:00. I bet he talks in his sleep tonight. Grandma
