The boys had the day off of school for Columbus Day.
We rode bikes to the store and bought a couple of pumpkins.
While I went for a run, they worked on them.
We now have 2 jack-o-lanterns on our kitchen table and we ate roasted pumpkin seeds for dinner, breakfast and lunch!
(Okay, we just snacked on them.)
